On behalf of the Taiwan Anti-Tuberculosis Association (TATA), Taiwan Society of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine (TSPCCM), and Taiwan Society of Tuberculosis and Lung Diseases (TSTLD), we are delighted to invite you to the 9th Asia Pacific Region Conference of the International Union Against Tuberculosis and Lung Disease (APRC 2024) which will take place from 26 – 29 April 2024 at Taipei International Convention Center in Taipei, Taiwan. We extend our hearty welcome to you, as our special guests, to experience the warmth and beauty of Taipei.

We are honored to announce that the theme of the APRC 2024 conference, “Shaping a Safer World through high-quality holistic healthcare”, perfectly reflects our mission and values. We will arrange the world’s leading experts to provide plenary lectures covering the fields of tuberculosis, emerging respiratory infectious disease, universal health coverage, and environmental factors on communicable disease (especially tuberculosis) and non-communicable disease, including asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, lung cancer, and interstitial lung disease. Our vision is to discuss current evidence, share ideas and information, and accelerate innovation. More importantly, APRC 2024 is developing a new platform to showcase the tangible results of the latest and most innovative treatments for various lung diseases, with the aim of helping people lead better lives in the future and disseminating the latest research findings on tuberculosis and other lung diseases.
