CURRENT APPOINTMENTS
a. Director, National Tuberculosis Programme (NTBP), Singapore
- Provide leadership, oversight and management of the National Tuberculosis (TB) Programme
- Work with the Ministry of Health to develop policies and strategies to end TB in Singapore
- To provide expert advice and liaise with relevant stakeholders on clinical and policy matters
b. Head, TB Contact Clinic, National Centre for Infectious Diseases, Singapore
- Oversee the screening of TB contacts
c. Consultant, National Centre for Infectious Diseases, Singapore
- Manage patients with infectious diseases such as HIV, TB, dengue and other tropical diseases, as well as those admitted with possible high-consequence pathogens (e.g. MERS-CoV, H7N9, viral haemorrhagic fevers)
- Conduct investigation and research in hospital outbreaks
- Conduct research for clinical quality improvement
- Conduct educational activities for senior and junior residents
